Five modes. One operations desk.

Pick the leg that fits the deadline — or let us split the PO across ocean, rail and air. Same operator, same tracking number format, same document standard.

FCL Ocean Freight

Full containers on fixed weekly sailings from Shenzhen, Shanghai and Ningbo — 20′, 40′ and 40’HQ, with SOC options and carrier-direct contract rates.

16–35 DAYS · PORT-TO-PORT

LCL Consolidation

Weekly consolidated boxes to Europe, North America and the Gulf. Pay per CBM from 0.5 m³ — no minimum shipment count, no co-loader roulette.

18–38 DAYS · CFS-TO-CFS

Air Freight

Block space on scheduled carriers out of HKG, CAN and PVG — for product launches, replenishment spikes and urgent spares that cannot wait for water.

1–5 DAYS · AIRPORT-TO-AIRPORT

China–Europe Rail

Westbound blocks via Xi’an and Chongqing to Duisburg and Małaszewicze — ocean pricing logic at roughly half the transit time.

16–20 DAYS · TERMINAL-TO-TERMINAL

E-commerce Fulfilment

DDP parcel and pallet programs into EU and US marketplaces — FBA-compliant labelling, prep, and last-mile injection with named carriers.

8–12 DAYS · DOOR-TO-DOOR

Warehousing & Distribution

Bonded consolidation hub in Shenzhen: receiving, QC photo reports, palletising and relabeling — with 45 days’ free storage before departure.

One tracking number for every leg

Factory pickup, origin CFS, vessel, rail head, destination broker, last mile — the MNF number follows the cargo through all of it, and the portal shows the same truth our operators see.

  • Milestone alerts to your inbox, webhook or ERP
  • Live vessel and rail positions against the quoted plan
  • Exception flags with an owner, a cause and an ETA impact
  • POD and document archive, retained for seven years

Incoterms 2020

Who owes what, term by term

The four terms our buyers actually use. We quote all of them side by side, so you can see what the “cheap” EXW price really costs by the time it reaches your dock.

EXW

Ex Works

You take over at the supplier’s dock and arrange everything from there. Maximum control — and maximum paperwork in a jurisdiction you don’t work in.

RISK PASSES: ORIGIN DOCK

FOB

Free On Board

Your supplier delivers loaded on board; you own the ocean leg and choose the forwarder. The sensible default for FCL buyers with steady volume.

RISK PASSES: ON BOARD VESSEL

CIF

Cost, Insurance & Freight

The seller books and insures the main leg to your port — but risk still transfers when the cargo is on board. Read the insurance clause before you rely on it.

RISK PASSES: ON BOARD VESSEL

DDP

Delivered Duty Paid

We deliver duty-paid to your warehouse door: freight, customs, taxes and last mile on one invoice. The term of choice for e-commerce and first-time importers.

Shipper references

On record with our buyers

“Manifest took our Shanghai–Rotterdam lane from a monthly scramble to a Thursday ritual. Booking to POD, everything lives in one thread — and the 28-day transit has held for eleven consecutive sailings.”

MK

Maren Kloosterman

Purchasing Lead, Runa Home — Oslo

“When the Red Sea routings blew up our ETAs, their ops desk re-planned two containers onto rail inside 48 hours and filed every new customs entry themselves. Our marketplace in-stock rate never dipped below 96%.”

Before you book

Questions every importer asks

Is there a minimum shipment size?

No. LCL starts at 0.5 CBM or 100 kg, whichever bills higher, and e-commerce parcels ride our weekly consolidations. Below that, we’ll tell you honestly that a courier is cheaper.

How long is a quote valid, and what about surcharges?

Ocean quotes hold for 14 days; air for 7. BAF, GRI and peak-season surcharges are itemised on the quote itself — the number you accept is the number you’re invoiced.

Should I buy DDP or DDU terms?

DDP if you want one invoice and no customs conversations — we act as importer of record where regulations allow. DDU/DAP if you hold your own import licences and broker relationships. We’ll model both against your landed-cost target.

Can you move batteries and dangerous goods?

Yes — classes 3, 8 and 9, including lithium batteries with UN38.3 test summaries. Send the MSDS with your RFQ and we’ll route via DG-approved carriers and file the declarations.

How early should I book around Chinese New Year and Golden Week?

Lock space three weeks ahead for ocean and two for rail. We pre-block allocations on our core lanes each peak, and standing customers draw from that pool first.

Are my goods insured in transit?

Carrier liability alone is capped far below invoice value, so we offer all-risk cargo cover at 0.18% of CIF value (minimum $25 per shipment), claims handled by our desk — not a call centre.
